ROOM OF TEARS, 2015

This project is a continuation and extension of my previous work in Rome, Ten Days with an Exorcist, and consists of an essay piece, photographic-, video- and text-work. Fragments were presented as part of an installation at Sophienholm Museum 21. Nov.-10. Jan. Denmark as part of the group show, Roma 00197, curated by Anita Viola Nielsen and Hanne Roer. The essay was distributed in the book catalogue published by Quasar publishing. The work is based on the encounter and conversations with a Capuchin brother from an order in Rome and general research carried out between 2011-2015. The project/research is ongoing.

This exhibition was kindly supported by the Danish Arts Council and Montana Foundation.
